Heavy duty stairway loft ladder designed for relatively high use. This 'superior aluminium ladder has deep, slip resistant treads (Not rungs), spring assisted pivot arm for smooth gliding action and comes complete with two handrails as standard.
It can be adjusted to accommodate a large range of floor to floor heights up to a maximum 3250mm.
Fits minimum opening from 686mm x 508mm.
