• Incorporates a Werner Easiway Ladder on a tracked MDF carriage board for smooth sliding
• The tracked carriage board allows the ladder to slide clear of the floor edge when deployed.
• Operates with a dual radius arm mechanism for smooth and safe ladder movement.
• Supplied with plastic slides to ensure almost silent operation.
• Compact ladder width of 325mm (or 360mm with handrail) makes it ideal for narrow spaces.
• Each tread measures 50mm deep for stable and comfortable use.
• Supplied complete with one handrail, operating pole, and all necessary fittings.

Note: The MCL loft ladder does not come supplied with a Vertical trapdoor / hatch.
